? Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
? Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
? Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
? Analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide recommendations
? Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
? Support internal and external audits
? Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
? Manage fixed assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, and balance sheet reconciliations
? Partner with operations and department leaders on financial matters
? Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
? Mentor and support junior accounting staff when needed
? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
? 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
? Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
? Experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting
? Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
? ERP experience preferred (Sage, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
? Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
? CPA designation or CPA-track candidates highly preferred
